-2 Turkey Burger Patties 90% Lean (4 oz Patties)
-2 Whole Wheat Hamburger Bun
-2 Slices of Sweet Onion, 1/4 inch Thick
-2 Slices of Pineapple, 1/4 inch Thick
-2 Tbsp of Teriyaki Basting & Glaze
-2 Leafs of Lettuce
1. Spray a grill pan with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add half of the teriyaki basting & glaze into the pan. Cook the pineapple for 2 minutes per side or until hot. Remove the pineapple from the pan.
2. Cook the onion for 2 minutes per side or until hot. Remove the onion from the pan.
3. Add the burgers to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through, brushing with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
4. Assemble the burgers.
