-6 oz of Apple Chicken Sausage
-5 oz of Mixed Salad Greens
-4 cups of Strawberries, Cut into Quarters
-1 medium Granny Smith Apple, Cut into Chunks
-1/3 cup of Walnut Pieces
-1/4 cup of Low-Fat Feta Cheese
-2 Tbsp of Cider Vinegar
-2 Tbsp of Honey
-1 Tbsp of Canola Oil
1. Cut Apple Chicken Sausage into 1/2 inch pieces. Prepare a medium skillet with pan spray. Over medium heat, cook the Apple Chicken Sausages until heated throughout, 10 minutes.
2. In a large salad bowl combine mixed salad greens, strawberries, granny smith apple, walnut pieces, low-fat feta cheese and sausage.
3. In a small bowl, combine cider vinegar, honey and canola oil. Pour over salad and toss.
