    The bodybuilding exercise plan ended up working perfect for me. I just started getting into bodybuilding and wanted a plan that was simple to follow. The workouts progressively got harder as I got further into the plan. I was a little worried that the workouts might be too intense at the beginning. I’m glad they allowed me to ease into it. I’m on the last week of my plan and I’m very impressed with the results. I think I’m ready to order the intermediate plan.
