Primary Muscle Group: Back
Start off by attaching a single handle to a low-positioned cable pulley. Grab the handle and take a couple steps back, standing in a little bit wider than shoulder width stance, with your back straight and arm extended forward, and your palm will be facing inward. As you pull back, rotate your hand so your palm ends up facing up as you finish the movement. Follow these same steps in reverse as you begin to lower the cable back down to the starting position.
