Start off by bending your knees until you’re able to grab the handles. Grasp the handles, look forward, and roll your shoulders back while sticking out your chest. Keeping your back and arms straight, return to a standing position. Now raise your shoulders up as if you were trying to touch your ears, while keeping your chest out. Pause at the top and return to the starting position. Make sure to preform Leverage shrugs in a controlled manner.
